Main goals of therapy:
To achieve psychological flexibility.
To achieve more conciousness about what is happening.
To gain better tools to cope with stressful situations.
To achieve more self-knowledge.
To acquire better communication abilities with yourself and with others.
My methodology is psychotherapy based in Mindfulness and other contextual therapies (such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT) that focus more in observing, approaching and accepting our feelings and thoughts without fighting to eliminate them.
